You can improve your ball control by juggling with your laces during your practice time. First, Hold
the ball as in the picture - arms extended, elbows locked. Drop the ball and let it bounce. Use your
right laces to tap the ball up, then your left laces to tap the ball up. Your goal is to go
from right laces to left laces, without a bounce!INSTEP JUGGLE AT LEAST ONCE EACH DAY
